Meet Dr. Sumedha Sharma

Founder & Board-Certified Pediatric Dentist | Mom of Two Hi, I’m Dr. Sumedha Sharma—a board-certified pediatric dentist, proud mom of two boys, and your biggest cheerleader when it comes to kids’ oral health! My own early dental experiences inspired me to pursue this path, and over time, I discovered that caring for children’s smiles is the most meaningful and joyful part of my profession. I earned my Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from Boston University, followed by a pediatric dental residency and Master of Science from the University of Texas School of Dentistry at Houston. With over a decade of experience, I focus on gentle, prevention-first, evidence-based care that supports children long into the future. For the past three years, I’ve had the privilege of caring for families in The Woodlands, North Woodlands, Magnolia, and Conroe. Parents often tell me they appreciate my calm approach, clear communication, and personalized care—whether we’re doing a routine exam or providing sedation dentistry for more complex treatment. Outside the office, you’ll find me spending time with my husband and two boys, reading, cooking, exploring the outdoors, and diving into the magical world of Harry Potter (fun fact: I’ve been sorted into all four Hogwarts houses over the years!). I’m thrilled to bring the same warm, trusted, child-centered care to the Willis community through Willis Kids Pediatric Dentistry.
